Administrative UI Hangs During Federation Partnership Configuration

Symptom:

The Administrative UI slows down with AGENTAPI_FAILURE while configuring the Federation partnerships.

Solution:

This is no longer an issue. If you restart the Policy Server, then restart the Administrative UI too.

Symptom:

While installing the Policy Server on Red Hat 6.x, a warning message is displayed stating that a required Linux library is missing.
