Support for IPv6

The Secure Proxy Server now supports both Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4) and Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6). Administrators are required to perform an update to the Apache configuration files when more than one virtual host is running in the same SPS operating environment.
