Alert Management Enhancements
This release of CA SOI supports the following alert management enhancements:
- Displays a new alert queue icon on the Alert Queues tab. The new icon represents the color that is associated with the highest severity (of alerts) in a queue. For example, if there are two critical alerts, five major alerts, and zero down alert in a queue, the queue icon reflects the color that is associated with the critical severity. The reason is that the critical severity is the highest severity in this case.
- Provides the pseudo alert properties (for example, # Impacted Services, # Impacted Customers, and Non-Service Impacting Alert) for use in escalation policies criteria, alert queues criteria, and filter attributes list.
- Displays all the queues that are related to the selected alert in the Alert Queues section on the Alert Details tab. This section also includes additional details about the queue.
