Last Instance of a Scheduled Hourly Report Fails

If you schedule a report to run hourly, and select the same hour and minutes in the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time fields, the last instance of the report fails. For example, if you set the start time to 8:01PM 2009 and the end time to 8:01PM 2010, the last report returns a status of Failed.
