Prompt Page Displays While Opening Report Scheduled by Another User

To resolve the issue, add the following switch to the Crystal Reports Job Server command line:

-procreportoptions __noViewTimeSecurityOnManagedRptData

Reschedule the report after adding the switch.

Follow these steps:

1. Launch the CCM (Central Configuration Manager) from the Business Objects server by selecting Start, Programs, BusinessObjects XI 3.1, BusinessObjects Enterprise, Central Configuration Manager.
2. Stop the Crystal Report Job Server using CCM.
3. Double-click Crystal Report Job Server to display the Crystal Reports Job Server Properties dialog. Add the following switch to the Crystal Reports Job Server command line:

   -procreportoptions __noViewTimeSecurityOnManagedRptData
   

4. Start the Crystal Report Job Server.
