The Availability tab on the Dashboard includes a line chart that displays the summary status of a service.
The summary shows the status for the last full hour or day depending on which time period is selected. For example, if you are using the Last 24 Hours mode, and mouse-over 2 PM in the line chart, the summary shows the period from 1 PM until 2 PM.
