Font Issue when Running CA SOI with an Asian Language Pack on an English Operating System

If you are running CA SOI with an Asian language pack on an English-based operating system, CA SOI now renders the fonts correctly on the Operations Console. However, do not change the default Tahoma font in the Set Preferences dialog (Default Field Font and the Default Table Font). If you attempt to change from one font and back again, the fonts do not render properly.
