CA Catalyst r3.x Connectors Having Issues Using Certain Connector Attributes

If you are using CA SOI with CA Catalyst r3.x connectors through the IFW Proxy, you can encounter issues when using certain connector properties (for example, CIuserAttributes*, AlertDiagnosis, CausedByAlerts, and CausedAlerts). In this case, update the global policy on the CA Catalyst r3.x connectors. You update the global policy to include these attributes to publish to CA Catalyst using the <Write> operation.

Follow these steps:

1. Edit the globalcatalog.xml file in the file-based registry for the specific CA Catalyst r3.x connectors.
2. Add the attributes to the <Write> operations for relevant Event Classes.
