SysName and DeviceSysName Properties Cause Unwanted Correlation

CA SOI uses the USM SysName and DeviceSysName properties as the first potential match for correlating many CI types. These property values may cause unwanted correlation if they are not set properly or have the same null value. If this problem occurs, ensure that the sysname properties for the CIs are different. Set the sysname property to a unique value for each CI in the MIB2 MIB using the SNMP MIB2 configuration tools that the operating system or other sources provides.
