When you click the CMDB View tab, the CA Service Desk log in page appears due to a limitation in the number of links that a single connector can publish. CA CMDB and CA Service Desk use the same connector. The default page displays CA CMDB details about the selected resource in the CA Service Desk interface. To view the CMDB Visualizer from the CMDB View tab, log in to CA Service Desk and click Visualizer on the CA Service Desk default page.
