Known Issues in CA SOI r3.2 › Reporting Known Issues › Service SLA Summary Report Group Tree Displays Empty Space
When there is no data available for a service in the Service SLA Summary report, an empty row is displayed in the tree for that service. If data is provided, the empty row disappears.
