uniCA SOI acquires help desk information from the UniversalHelpDesk.jar file at SOI_HOME\tomcat\webapps\sam\WEB-INF\lib and SOI_HOME\SamUI\webapps\sam\WEB-INF\lib. A template version of this Java code file is available as a starting point for your code.
When complete, the file must contain a class named UniversalHelpDesk that contains the routines listed in this section. The package name is com.external.UniversalHelpDesk.
After you complete coding, verify that the UniversalHelpDesk.jar file is at SOI_HOME\tomcat\lib and SOI_HOME\SamUI\webapps\sam\WEB-INF\lib, then configure the Universal Help Desk connection.
