Access CA SOI Reports

You access the BusinessObjects reporting interface to run CA SOI reports. The Reports link on the Dashboard is not available until you configure reporting.

Follow these steps:

  1. Configure reporting in the Administration UI. For more information about Configuring CA SOI, see the Administration Guide.

    After you configure reporting, a Reports link displays at the top right of the Dashboard.

  2. Click the Reports link.

    The BusinessObjects InfoView login page opens.

  3. Enter valid credentials and click Log On.

    The InfoView Home page opens.

  4. Expand Public Folders, CA Reports, CA SOI in the Folders pane.

    Use the CA Service Operations Insight, Alert Management Reports, Detail Reports, and Top Ten Reports folders to view the CA SOI reports.
