Access the Dashboard and Administration UI

You access the CA SOI Dashboard to view information about service health. The Administration UI is an Administration tab on the Dashboard for administrators to configure connectors and SA Manager settings.

Follow these steps:

1. Enter the following URL on any remote system:

   http://ui-server:port/sam/ui
   

   Note: Refer to your Installation Worksheet for the following values:

   ui-server

   Specifies the UI Server host name.

   port

   Specifies the Tomcat server port number that the administrator specified during UI Server installation. The default is 7070 for a non-SSL connection and 7403 for an SSL connection.

   A security certificate dialog opens if you entered the port for an SSL connection.

2. (Optional) Click Yes to accept the certificate for SSL connections.

   A page opens for entering credentials.

3. Enter valid user credentials and click OK.

   The Dashboard opens. This interface provides interactive dashboards for monitoring service quality, health, and other metrics. The Dashboard also provides access to all other interfaces.

4. (Optional) Click the Administration tab.

   Note: This tab is only available to users with Administrator privileges.

   The Administration UI opens. This interface lets you configure plugins, SA Manager settings, reporting, and other administrative functions.
