ServiceNow Connector Installation

Install the connector for ServiceNow on a separate system from all other integration components. Consider the following items when you install the ServiceNow connector:

• The ServiceNow connector requires a CA Catalyst Container on the same computer.
• CA Catalyst can connect to the same CA EEM server as CA SOI and CA Process Automation or it can connect to a separate CA EEM server.
• Enter the appropriate information for integrating with the ServiceNow server during the connector installation.
