CA Process Automation Firewall Considerations

To enable a communication across the multiserver configuration that is required for the ServiceNow integration, enable the following connections:

CA Process Automation server to CA Catalyst connector for ServiceNow on the CA Catalyst Container HTTP port (usually 7000)
CA Catalyst Connector for ServiceNow to ServiceNow server on HTTPS (usually 443)
CA SOI to CA Process Automation server on the CA Process Automation port (8080 by default)
CA Process Automation server to CA SOI on the CA SOI port (7090 by default)
