You can use the following wildcards to substitute for single or multiple characters in search queries:

?

Performs a substitution on a single character.

Example: A query of "d?g" returns "dog" and "dig."

*

Performs a substitution on multiple characters.

Example: A query of "rain*" returns "rainbow" and "rains."
