Send a Message to a User
You can send a message similar to an email message to any user who is logged in to the Operations Console.
Follow these steps:
- Click the Administration tab.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to the CA Service Operations Insight Manager Configuration or CA Service Operations Insight UI Server Configuration option.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to the server you want to configure.
- Click Client Details.
- Click the check box next to one or more users to whom you want to send a message, and then click Send Message.
- Enter the message and click Send.
