For CA Service Desk Manager r12.5, consider the following:

You can integrate Knowledge Management with FAST ESP, although we do not support FAST ESP on Windows 2008.
CA Business Intelligence installation is limited to Windows platforms only for CA Service Desk Manager r12.5. You can, however, integrate CA Business Intelligence with CA Service Desk Manager on all supported operating systems.
