LDAP接続が使用できないことの確認

何らかの理由で LDAP サーバに接続できない場合、［LDAP エントリ］や［LDAP をマージ］などの LDAP 機能は使用できません。また、検索結果も返されません。 このような状況で操作を実行しようとすると、以下の例のようなメッセージが stdlog に出力されます。
