Search Conflicts

You can use filtering criteria to narrow a search for changes that have conflicts.

To search conflicts

1. Select Search, Change Conflicts on the menu bar of the Service Desk tab.

   The Change Conflict Search page appears.

2. Specify filtering criteria including Conflict Status, and click Search.

   The Change Conflict List page shows conflicts that match the criteria you selected.

3. (Optional) Click a change order conflict link to view the change order of interest.

   The Change Order Detail page appears.
