Attach a Document to a Change Order
You can attach a document file to a change order so that it may be viewed when viewing or editing the change order.
To attach a document to a change order
- On the Scoreboard, select the desired change order from the Change Order List page.
The Change Detail page appears.
- Select the Attachments tab, and click Attach Document.
The Add File page appears.
- Enter the file name you want to attach, or click Browse to navigate to the desired file name.
- Select the repository where the document is stored.
- Enter a name for the attachment.
This name appears in the Attachments List on the Change Detail page.
- Enter a description for the attachment.
- Click Upload.
The document is uploaded to the change order record and is listed on the Attachments tab of the Change Detail page.
