Configure the Visualizer page with the following options:

Service Desk Manager Web Services

Web Host

Displays the web host address.

Web Host Port

Displays the Visualizer web host port.

Visualizer Tomcat

Tomcat Port

Specifies the Visualizer Tomcat Port.

Default: 9080

Tomcat Shutdown Port

Specifies the Visualizer Tomcat Shutdown Port.

Default: 9085

Note: For Advanced Availability configuration, this option is available only for application servers.
