Unable to View Attachments

Symptom:

You opened Mobile Enabler using the web URL and logged in to Analyst Queue. You opened a ticket and clicked on the associated attachment. You waited for the attachment to download and tried to open it from the Downloads folder. The attachment does not open and you get an error message.

Solution:

Currently no solution exists. You can deploy the native application of Mobile Enabler on your mobile and view the attachment.
