Knowledge Management Sample Data Import

Sample Knowledge data from Knowledge Broker and Knowledge Accelerators is provided for your use. If you decide you want to use the sample Knowledge data you must import the data into the Knowledge Management database.

Note: The sample files are not localized. Importing sample data does not work on localized environments.

For advanced availability, run ImportSampleData.bat or ImportSampleData.sh from the background server.

Windows installation

1. Go to $NX_ROOT\samples\data and unzip SampleData.zip into the same directory.
2. From the command window, go to $NX_ROOT/bin and run ImportSampleData.bat.

UNIX installation

1. Run the command tar -xvf SampleData.tar from $NX_ROOT/samples/data.
2. From the command window, go to $NX_ROOT/bin and run ImportSampleData.sh.
