Verify the Prerequisites

Verify the following prerequisites before converting to the conventional configuration:

  1. You have planned for the conventional configuration. For more information, see the planning section in the Implementation Guide.
  2. You can configure only the background server as the primary server.
  3. You can configure only the standby and application servers as the secondary servers.
