You can configure the appearance of Support Automation pages for your end users according to your business needs. The following adaptations let you control what the user sees before joining the assistance session and after the session completes:
You can change the HTML code of the header and footer, and you can also modify the location of the CSS file that contains the style definitions.
You can set the default locale for all analysts and end users.
You can customize the pages that direct your end users to suit the needs of your business.
