Generate Reports

CA SDM provides a variety of built-in reporting capabilities and options including the ability to do the following:

• Print forms for assets and individual change orders, issues, incidents, problems, and more.
• Generate summary or detail reports for lists of change orders, issues, incidents, problems, requests, configuration items.
• Generate analysis reports.

Note: For more information about how to use the CA SDM reports, see Generating Reports in the Online Help. In addition to the reporting features that are built into CA SDM, you can create and generate custom reports based on the tables and views in your CA SDM database. For more information about custom reports, see the Implementation Guide.
