Edit an Automated Policy
You can update an automated policy.
To edit an automated policy
- On the Administration tab, browse to Knowledge, Automated Policies, Policies.
The Automated Policy List appears.
- Right-click the policy to edit, and select Edit from the shortcut menu.
The Update Automated Policy page appears.
- Edit the entry fields as appropriate.
- Click Save.
The automated policy is updated.
