Define Solution Survey Settings

Use the Survey Settings page to configure how a knowledge document displays when accessed to solve a problem or answer a question.

To define solution survey settings

  1. Select Knowledge, Solution Survey, Survey Settings from the Administration tab.

    The Survey Settings page appears.

  2. Complete the following fields as appropriate. Click Save.

    The solution survey settings are defined.
