Create a See Also Link

You can create a See Also relationship for knowledge documents in your environment. Use See Also relationships to manage knowledge hierarchies in your environment.

To create a See Also link

1. Create a knowledge document or open a document in rework mode.

   The knowledge document appears.

2. Select the Related Knowledge tab.

   The Categories page appears.

   Note: You can also create links from the Find Similar tab.

3. Locate the document you want to link in the Categories (X) pane.

   Right-click the document in the Documents pane and select the option Link this Document as See Also.

   The document link is created.
