Create a Document Status
You can create a document status for Knowledge documents in your CA SDM system.
To create a document status
- From the Administration tab, select Knowledge, Approval Process Manager, Document Statuses.
The Document Status List appears.
- Click Create New.
The Document Status Detail page appears.
- Enter a name for the status and a description.
- Click Save.
The document status is created.
