For a particular change order, an implementation group completes one or more work items. As a member of the implementation group, you report information about the change.
Follow these steps:
The Change Order Detail page opens.
The Task List page opens.
The Perform Tasks page opens.
The Change Order Detail page shows Status-Implementation in progress.
The Tasks page opens.
The Implementation Complete page opens.
Specifies that all change order tasks completed successfully. Sets the change order Status to Implementation Complete and Closure Code to Successful.
Specifies that one or more items on the change order could not be completed.
The requester receives one or more notifications about change order completion or back out. The system also responds in one of the following ways:
The system notifies the implementation group to complete the Post Implementation Review.
The system also notifies the implementation group to determine whether the back out was successful.
When the back out is successful, the system notifies the implementation group to complete the Post Implementation Review. If the back out is unsuccessful, the system creates an incident and notifies the implementation group to complete the Post Implementation Review.
