ActivityNode Actor not found: Update Object -Service Desk r12
Symptom:
The CA Workflow Command window shows the following error:
ActivityNode Actor not found: Update Object -Service Desk r12
Solution:
- Log in to the CA Workflow application.
- Click the Actors Tab.
- Select the Processes Folder.
- Select File/New Actor.
- Select Update Object –Service Desk r12 from the drop-down list.
- Click OK.
As part of the Change Management Process Definition, the system uses the new actor.
