How GRLoader Populates the Database

Complete the following tasks to populate the database by loading CIs and relationships:

1. Convert input data containing information about CIs and their relationships to XML or in a spreadsheet.
2. The CA CMDB GRLoader program uses the XML data as input.
3. GRLoader loads the data into the database.
