Names and Locations of All Log Files

Most CA Service Catalog log files are located in the folder named USM_HOME\logs, as follows:

• The log file folder for Catalog Component messages is USM_HOME\logs\view.
• The log file folder for installation messages is USM_HOME\logs\install.
• The log file folder for Accounting Component messages is USM_HOME\logs\accounting.
• The log file folder for messages from the LDAP Importer utility is USM_HOME\logs\LDAPImporter.

The names and locations of all CA Service Catalog log files follow. This list includes the most frequently used log files.

USM_HOME\logs

The following log files are located in the USM_HOME\logs folder:

• view.log
• view.log.1, view.log.2, view.log.3, and so forth

  You can configure rollover settings for these log files.

USM_HOME\logs\accounting

The following log files are located in the USM_HOME\logs\accounting folder:

• accounting.log
• AccountingService.log
• tomcat_fulfillment.log
• wf_admin.log
• wf_process.log
• wf_security.log
• wl.log
• wl.log.1, wl.log.2, wl.log.3, and so forth

  You can configure rollover settings for these log files.

• wsactorSoapRequest.xml
• wsactorSoapResponse.xml
