The upgrade program upgrades the base files that are required to run the CA Service Catalog components successfully. Perform the procedure that applies to your CA Service Catalog implementation:

• Upgrade from Release 12.6 or 12.7
• Upgrade From Release 12.8

Note: These procedures apply to both clustered and non-clustered environments.
