Policy Builder

Administrators use the Policies to create and maintain policies. To open the Policies, click Catalog, Policies. A sample screen follows:

Policy List

Lists and organizes all the policies by categories in folders.

Condition Builder and Plug-in

Builds conditions and creates the approver list, using the Condition Builder or the API plug-in.

Attributes

Specifies details about the policies.

Use the toolbar to do the following:

• Create and maintain folders
• Create and maintain policies
• Test a policy
