Administer Dashboards

You can create and maintain dashboards to meet the needs of your organization.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Administration, Dashboard Builder.

    The Dashboard Library folders appear. They display the dashboards that you have permission to access.

  2. Expand the library tree to display the category for which you want to administer dashboards.
  3. Install ActiveX components, if you are prompted to do so.

    Note: Some dashboard items require ActiveX. When you first access a Dashboard Builder item, it prompts you to install ActiveX components in your browser, if necessary. In such cases, follow the prompts to install the ActiveX components. Afterwards, resume administering the dashboard.

  4. Select the option you want from the Action drop-down list and click Go.

    Note: The options vary, according to the category that you have selected in the library tree.

  5. Repeat these steps as needed for each dashboard that you must administer.

You have administered dashboards.
