Suspend a Subscription

To suspend a subscription

  1. Click Accounting, Account Management.
  2. Click the account name for which you want to suspend the subscription.
  3. Click the Subscriptions tab.
  4. Click the Existing Subscriptions button.
  5. Locate the subscription that you want to suspend.
  6. Click Suspensions.

    The Add New Suspension dialog window appears.

  7. Enter the start and end dates for the suspension or select "Indefinite Suspension."
  8. Click Add New.

    The Suspension History window appears again, reflecting your new suspension.

  9. Click Close.

The subscription is suspended for the selected account for the period indicated.
