Request a Service
Requesting a service from the catalog is similar to shopping from a catalog. This experience is familiar to anyone who has shopped online.
To request a service from the catalog
- Browse or search the catalog to find the service you are interested in requesting.
- Display the options for the service and select the options you want.
- Add the selected service options to your cart.
Continue shopping until you want to check out.
- View your cart to check out or check out from the Add To Cart page.
- View the My Selections section to confirm your selections and remove any item that you do not want to keep.
- View the General Information section for additional read-only information about your request.
- Confirm the information in your cart and submit your cart.
Depending on your service provider's policies regarding the items you have requested, your request has to be approved. After all the services you have requested are approved, the items you have requested needs to be fulfilled. After all the items have gone through the fulfillment phase, your request is considered completed.
