Enable Notes in Subscriptions

You can add notes to a subscription if necessary. To do so, make sure you have first enabled this feature in the Subscription Configuration dialog.

To enable notes in subscriptions

  1. Click Accounting, Configuration.

    The Accounting Configuration page appears.

  2. Click Subscription Configuration.

    The Subscription Configuration options appear.

  3. Click the Edit icon.
  4. Check "Enable Subscription Notes."
  5. Click Update Configuration.

The feature has been enabled and you can add notes to a subscription.
