Adjustments are credits or debits applied to services, individual charges of a service option group or service option element, and SLA violations. These adjustments can be made by a fixed dollar amount or a percentage. An adjustment can be a general adjustment or an SLA Violation adjustment and can be applied to individual accounts or across an entire business unit. Applying an adjustment to a business unit applies to all accounts within the selected business unit.
