CA Process Automation Simple Fulfillment

Simple fulfillment consists of notifying the appropriate department that the requested item needs to be fulfilled. The assigned fulfillment users change the status of the requested item as appropriate until the status is changed to Fulfilled or Fulfillment Cancelled. Simple fulfillment uses the When Status is Pending Fulfillment rule.
