Service option elements are the building blocks that you use to define a service option group. A service option element is an individual cell within a service option group. A service option group must contain at least one service option element, and can contain many, if necessary. In general, service option elements can have the following characteristics:
Provides fixed information about the service option.
Specifies that a request, service, or service option follows a specific approval process, fulfillment process, or both.
Specifies fixed, tiered or usage-based rates and can be tied to Budget and Planning in CA Service Accounting.
