Manage the Details of a Business Unit

Managing the details of a tenant (business unit) is a required step in maintaining a tenant structure for CA Service Catalog. Managing the details refers to the tasks mentioned in the steps of this procedure. This function applies whether you use common or stand-alone tenant administration. However, some parameters are read-only if you enable common multi-tenant administration.

To manage the details of a business unit

1. Select Administration, Business Units from the main menu.

   The Business Unit page appears. The page includes the business unit tree.

2. Expand the business unit tree to find the business unit you want.
3. Click the business unit name.

   The business unit management tabs appear.

4. Do one or more of the following:
   • Manage the accounts of the business unit
   • Edit the business unit profile
   • View summary information about the accounts in the business unit

You have managed the details of the business unit.
