Delete a Service Option Group

You can delete an existing service option group.

Important! Deletion is permanent. Deleted service option groups cannot be recovered.

To delete a service option group

1. Click Service Builder, Service Option Groups.

   The Service Option Groups page appears.

2. Click the service option group that you want to delete.

   The service option group is selected.

3. Do one of the following if the service option group that you want to delete contains inherited service option groups. Otherwise, skip to the next step.
   • Delete the child, inherited service option group
   • Break the inheritance by editing the child, inherited service option group

   Note: You cannot delete a folder or service that contains inherited service option groups.

4. Click the Delete icon in the Actions column for the selected service option group. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

   The service option group is deleted.

You have deleted the service option group.
