Create Virtual Disks

Virtual disks are intended to store user-specific data and can be attached to virtual machines.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the CA Server Automation user interface from the Start menu. Click Management, Resources.

    The Explore tree opens.

  2. Expand the Huawei SingleCLOUD folder and right-click the appropriate Storage Cluster.

    A pop-up menu opens.

  3. Select Management, Create Disk.

    The Create Disk dialog opens.

  4. Specify the following parameters and click OK.

    CA Server Automation creates the virtual disk. The virtual disk is listed in the Details tab of the Storage Cluster panel.
