View All Reservations

The View all reservations link on the Administration page lets an administrator see details about all reservations in the data center. You can filter the display by selecting Current, Past, or All from the drop-down list on the left side of the page.

The following information is shown in a table:

• A reservation ID, which is a number assigned to each reservation. The ID is a link that lets you display more details about the reservation.
• User who made the reservation and the associated organizational unit
• Start and end dates and times. Some reservations may have no expiration date and time.
• Project ID, if any
• Approval status (approved, rejected, and so on)
• Job status (not started, in progress, and so on)

When you click the reservation ID link (or select Details from the Actions menu), a Reservation Details page opens. This page shows more information about the reservation, and lets you cancel or extend a reservation and perform other actions.
