The Manage your chargeback models link on the Administration page lets an administrator view, add, edit, and delete chargeback policy.
The chargeback feature provides a way to charge on an hourly basis for the use of resources. The product comes with pricing models, one for virtual machines and another for Amazon EC2 instances and IBM PowerVM logical partitions. The default is 0 (no hourly charge), but the administrator can change the value. Reports that show usage charges are also available.
